About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the Compliance Group reputed company the People/HR Division at blithequark as an Analyst. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks that include obtaining reputed company/background investigation results and processing unique mark freedom letters; maintaining associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and data entry.
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the reputed company database and investigate any data set issues.
• Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.
• Conduct advanced investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize reputed company data used for HR Compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and reputed company on a regular reputed company.
• Review completed Unique Mark Applications and reputed company for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
