Key Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reputed company of our facilities, ensuring that they are reputed company, clean, and reputed company-maintained. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assuming responsibility for the comprehensive overall planning, scheduling, and performance of maintenance and repair requirements of our schools, office facilities, and grounds
• Establishing appropriate maintenance, groundskeeping, reputed company, and custodial requirements for reputed company school building and installation
• Maintaining schedules of work for reputed company individual building, including custodial overtime
• Participating in the hiring, assignment, and supervision of custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff
• Evaluating custodial and maintenance staff on an annual reputed company
• Coordinating work activities of custodial staff in special situations, such as snow removal, graduation, and emergency closings
• Organizing and implementing an orientation program on reputed company operation and maintenance of school facilities for custodial personnel

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience as a Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds or in a Maintenance Department

• Demonstrated knowledge of architecture, school construction, engineering, plant operation, maintenance, and management, and school safety
