About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join reputed company in providing habilitation or rehabilitation occupational therapy services to clients in their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Assist and instruct clients in pushing wheelchairs, supporting or lifting, positioning in and out of bed, and other activities of daily living
• Assist in specialized motor or self-help activities, construct supportive or assistive devices, and observe clients for signs of distress and reputed company activities accordingly
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and in-service programs as required
• Prepare clinical notes and reputed company reports and submit them for review by the Occupational Therapist to be incorporated into the reputed company's clinical record

Essential Qualifications

• Certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the American Occupational Therapy Association
• One (1) year of experience as a COTA in any acute or post-acute setting
