KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instructs, assists, and provides daily work direction to Operators or other workers in production cell areas for process setup and operation, reputed company standards, and process documentation
• Assigns Operators to work stations to ensure daily productions goals are met
• Ensures operators understand and follow the job book instructions
• Assists Operators with and trains them in the reputed company techniques of product inspection.
• Answers questions from Operators and provides guidance
• Communicates effectively across shifts to ensure issues are reputed company priorities and scheduling on reputed company and tasks are delegated. Conducts reputed company meetings with oncoming shift
• Ensure reputed company approvals are in reputed company to start a job and reputed company periodic reputed company checks of product to ensure reputed company standards are met
• Works from schedules and instructions to analyze production process problems and determine solutions
• Monitors processes and recommends improvements to increase productivity and assure reputed company.
• Assists in the 5S of equipment and reputed company work areas clean and reputed company
• Reports and prevents equipment and process malfunctions, material discrepancies, documentation errors, and facilitates corrective/preventive actions as necessary
• Works reputed company their area to assure production flows in an efficient manner to include planning reputed company to assure smooth transition to the next scheduled job for their area

Requirements: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior assembly, machine operator, or set-up experience preferred
