We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central After-Hours Call Center team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and ensuring reputed company order processing. We are looking for a highly organized and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Patient Care Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will work from home, contacting patients, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe patient reputed company over the telephone, including data entry and possible outbound calling
• Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders through our online pharmacy system
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients as needed
• Troubleshoot problems based on patient input and verify orders are complete

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• 100% remote work-from-home opportunity

• Schedule: Five days a week, including every Saturday and reputed company, with three evening shifts during weekdays starting at or after 4:00 pm Central time
