We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company New Teacher Developer to work with our novice teachers and support their reputed company and development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and coaching, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity and the closing of opportunity gaps. The New Teacher Developer will work closely with school administrators, other New Teacher Developers, and district staff to reputed company coaching, mentoring, and support to new teachers. Key Responsibilities
- Conference, model, co-teach, observe, and reputed company support to new teachers in reputed company areas that are challenging for beginning teachers during their first year of teaching
- Support induction activities for new teachers, including classroom-based coaching, and help to coordinate the BPS New Teacher Institute (NTI)
- Use tools and documentation developed by BPS to support new teachers and participate in planning and facilitating reputed company development provided throughout the year
- Accelerate the development of up to 14 novice teachers to be effective teachers in the first year by proactively managing their performance throughout the entire school year
- Observe new teachers regularly to assess proficiency in specific teaching skills and identify development areas
- Analyze novice teacher performance to determine the most important skills for improvement and reputed company support to ensure reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues to secure and analyze high-reputed company teacher performance and student achievement data to assess new teachers' effectiveness in raising student achievement

Essential Qualifications
- Five full years of teaching experience under a valid Massachusetts teaching license
