About the Position

We're seeking an exceptionally skilled Chat Support Associate to reputed company top-notch support to our reputed company community of veterinary professionals. As a critical member of our support team, you'll engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos, ensuring an excellent experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries reputed company live chat, email, and phone in a reputed company and effective manner, providing exceptional customer experience.
