About the Role: Fiber Customer Support Analyst

As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at Blithequark, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing top-notch technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll work in a remote setting, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings, and be part of a tech support team in a call center. Your mission will be to troubleshoot issues with voice, data, and video services, answer customer tech questions, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their technical issues.
• Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or reputed company network, ensuring seamless connectivity and entertainment experiences.
• Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions, creating and sorting trouble reports, and escalating reputed company issues to senior support specialists.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fiber optic networks, voice, data, and video services, and customer premises equipment.

Compensation and Benefits:
