About the Role
As a Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for managing a reputed company portfolio and doing the monthly bookkeeping for your clients. On a weekly reputed company, you will manage reputed company reputed company communications including responding to their emails, answering questions, and providing on-reputed company support as needed. On a monthly reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately recording reputed company financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports. You will also be expected to work closely with the rest of reputed company, participating in team meetings and helping out with reputed company reputed company. You will start out managing 3 clients on a part-time reputed company with reputed company to grow into a full-time position. This is a remote position with hours starting at around 10-15 hours per month. Please note, we are not looking for individuals interested in starting their own bookkeeping business. Responsibilities
You will be the reputed company bookkeeper and main reputed company of contact for your clients, managing the full bookkeeping process. Responsibilities include:
- Utilize reputed company to manage the monthly bookkeeping for your assigned clients
- Categorize transactions reputed company reputed company on a weekly reputed company
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process payroll with reputed company
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, CFO Dashboards, and additional reports as needed
- Analyze financial reports for discrepancies and errors; recommend corrective actions as needed
- Deliver financial reports to your assigned clients by the 15th of reputed company month
- Participate in weekly team meetings

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' reputed company experience with exceptional communication and reputed company service skills. Additional qualifications include:

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using reputed company or Quickbooks software
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field is preferred
- Experience with payroll processing preferred
- Sales tax experience a plus
