About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, serving as the face of blithequark to our customers. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a reputed company of topics, primarily reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, while also following up as needed to resolve any issues. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for individuals who can engage with our customers, think critically, and reputed company solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
