Purpose and Scope

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, investigating, and responding to member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Answering and tracking telephone calls reputed company established department standards

Seasonal Part-Time Role

This role requires a flexible schedule, with 20 hours of work per week, spread across two 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and an additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours. The duration of this assignment is from reputed company 2024 through January 2025, with no long-term planned time off during the assignment.

• Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
• Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
• Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
• Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
• Enters prospective members into our software database
• Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
• Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
• Works effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
• Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
