As a Customer Service Representative on our TRICARE program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our beneficiaries, end users, and clients. You will work in a remote environment, using a patient-reputed company approach to assist callers with their questions and concerns about the TRICARE program. You will also be responsible for updating beneficiary demographics in the government system, performing enrollments into the TRICARE program, and assisting with claim questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a patient-reputed company approach to assist callers with their questions and concerns about the TRICARE program.
• Update beneficiary demographics in the government system.

• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent government or private-sector work experience preferred.

• Ability to pass a skills assessment.
• Ability to obtain US reputed company Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Minimum of 1+ years of contact center experience, preferably in a reputed company-reputed company environment.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment.
• Experience with reputed company insurance plans and billing.
