We're seeking an reputed company Performance Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company, leveraging your expertise in forecasting, reputed company-cause analysis, and data visualization to inform business reputed company and drive reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
- Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

We're Looking for Someone with
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
