Clinical Pharmacist (Monday - Friday + Evening Shift)

Job Details Under the direction of the Director or Manager the pharmacist assumes responsibility for the pharmacotherapy reputed company of patients through knowledge and skills coupled with innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a reputed company of contact for the patient and their family, other pharmacists (internally or externally), clients, and/or other reputed company providers to address medication reputed company problems (MRPs), other medication or health-reputed company issues, and/or answer questions regarding pharmacotherapy needs, medication dispensing, issues, and suggestions.

Education:

• BS in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred.

Experience:

• Required: 2+ years of experience required in pharmacy distribution and packaging, exposure to geriatrics and/or chronic care management.
• Preferred: reputed company Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP) with experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics.
• Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State reputed company of Pharmacy.
