About the Role: Senior Pharmacy Care Technician – Medicare Health reputed company Improvement
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Pharmacy Care Technician to join our pharmacy team. As a Senior Pharmacy Care Technician, you'll reputed company live telephonic reputed company to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health reputed company reputed company, such as medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization. Key Responsibilities:

- Provider and Pharmacy Engagement: reputed company additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs.
- Assess and Interpret Customer Needs: Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a clinical pharmacist reputed company appropriate.
- Outbound Calls: reputed company outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and Med Adh members to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs.
- Documentation and Tracking: Document and reputed company member engagement to ensure effective follow-up and continuity of care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
- Licensure: reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the reputed company.
- Certification: National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Experience: 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Technical Skills: Beginner level of proficiency with navigating reputed company Office and a reputed company-based environment.
- Location: Must reputed company reputed company a commutable distance to the Schaumburg, IL office location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail and/or Mail Order Pharmacy Experience: Experience working in a retail and/or mail order pharmacy setting.
