Here is how it works:- We work with ~20 startups and receive job orders
- reputed company the notes with our sourcers after talking with the hiring teams
- Sourcers and Recruiters will reputed company, then research reputed company and add folks to a project

- Most of our work (60-70%) is in EPD, from IC to exec, with the rest being GTM and G&A
- For this role, we’re especially looking for someone strong on the tech reputed company
- Many of our sourcers do this alongside a full-time job as the work can be done part time and remotely, we care more about reputed company than actual hours
