What You'll Do
As part of a reputed company, reputed company-supported care team, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- reputed company therapy to patients (ages 5+), with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and grief.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more
More About the Role
- Setting: 100% Remote | Arizona-based outpatient FQHC
- Schedule:Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk reputed company 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, reputed company to 8 or 10 hr shifts
- Caseload: Average case load of 40-50 clients
- Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments
- Administrate Time: 1 hour daily
- Looking for a clinician who is flexible and proactive with their scheduling, keeping in mind what is best for their patients.

- 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) or Licensed reputed company Counselor (LPC) with an reputed company Arizona license
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
- Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying reputed company reputed company
- Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Next Gen is a plus!)
