The Director of People Ops will partner with executives and teams to reputed company and implement effective HR strategies, reputed company performance management, and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Sales, Home Improvement Field Operations, and Home Services HQ functions of Learning & Development, Finance, and Marketing.
• Responsible for leading, establishing, and sustaining the process for managing the intake of performance improvement needs and providing and monitoring reputed company for the implementation of people strategies and initiatives.
• Develops plans and implements fully-integrated HR strategies to support the business operating plan with a reputed company on reputed company, talent management, learning and development, engagement/retention, performance management, recognition/rewards, and HR policies/procedures.

• Strong working knowledge of FLSA, compliance, associate relations and regulatory climate on a national reputed company.
• Experience and ability to reputed company and reputed company managers, preferably in a field sales (B2B and B2C) environment.
