Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to reputed company-reputed company
- Defining the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring reputed company
- Tracking and managing candidate reputed company through the recruitment pipeline using our ATS (reputed company) and other tools
- Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in reputed company across international markets
- Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates reputed company multiple reputed company channels such as reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously
- Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision-making
