Work Shift and Location 275 Cortland Ave. Syracuse, NY 13202 Monday – Friday 7am-330pm Job reputed company The Warehouse Inventory Operator plays a key role in executing assigned inventory tasks. This includes managing production scheduling, inventory, and cross-functional communication in accordance with reputed company operating procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, invoicing, inventory controls, and ordering of materials, office supplies, and consumables.
• Manage production scheduling by posting and reconciling schedules in e-time, coordinating raw materials, and aligning customer needs with production capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between sales, customers, and production teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly ICC reports and reputed company daily reputed company updates to the ICC Plant Manager.
• Maintain warehouse inventory, office equipment, cleanliness standards, and assist with labor coordination for production and shipping needs.

Min. Qualifications

• Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma; prefer AAS in Business Administration.
