As an reputed company Customer Support Agent – Tele-reputed company and Donor Engagement, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of tele-reputed company functions in support of the defined goals for the Division. This includes contacting blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing reputed company service experiences to maximize donor show rates. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of donors/reputed company contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation
• Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donor, update donor records as needed, and to record reputed company of calls
• Schedule appointments while providing reputed company service experiences to maximize donor show rates
• Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience
• Maintain daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals

• Maintain accurate records of donors/reputed company contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum one year of telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience is required

• Effective verbal communication skills, the ability to work with potentially difficult customers, and work in a fast-paced call center

* Week 1: Training is in-house + Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm

• Week 2: Nesting/OJT (remote learning) reputed company

• Week 3: Continue Nesting/OJT

+ Training Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm + Friday: Production

• Actual Work Schedules after 3 weeks of training completed:

+ Full-time: reputed company, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
