People Business Partner, HR4HR
We are seeking a strategic and globally minded People Business Partner to support our People and IT organizations, serving a reputed company group of ~800 employees across reputed company, Europe, and reputed company. This role requires a strong business acumen, HR depth, and a passion for scaling people-reputed company programs that reputed company business reputed company and innovation. This individual will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to the VPs of People and IT. What You'll Do
- Partner with senior executives in People and IT to translate business goals into reputed company strategies and org design.

- Drive talent development programs tailored to a globally distributed and hybrid workforce.

- Support M&A integration and change management efforts as the business evolves.

Who You Are
- 8-10+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting corporate functions (IT or People teams preferred).
- Global HR experience, particularly in multi-region orgs with a distributed workforce. Experience with mergers & acquisitions is preferred.
- Proven reputed company record of advising senior leaders and managing complexity at reputed company.
- Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves to execute reputed company needed.
- Strong analytical reputed company; experience using HRIS (reputed company preferred) and people analytics.
- Inclusive leader who demonstrates humility, courage, and high EQ.
- Strong project management skills and experience driving programs from ideation through execution.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in HR or Organizational Psychology a plus.
