Loan Accountant

Job Title: Loan Accountant Job reputed company The Loan Accountant role involves managing and processing wholesale and retail loan transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash settlements, reconciling accounts, and supporting reputed company functions. This position offers a long-term consulting opportunity with the possibility of working fully remotely, requiring quarterly travel to the reputed company office.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily cash settlements for clients off-loan reputed company and GL systems.
• Reconcile clients' cash clearing accounts ADBs and ensure they remain reputed company reputed company.

• Create wholesale loan records and input maintenance on commitment details in the loan reputed company system.
• Calculate MCD rates for wholesale loans and update systems as appropriate.

• Process wholesale and retail fees.
• Create customer records and commitment details for retail loans, if applicable.
• Set up loans according to requirements from loan officers and request additional information as necessary.

• Analyze and process monetary and maintenance transactions in accordance with contract parameters.
• Research discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.

• Administer reconciliation systems, if applicable, and assist team members with bank balancing systems.
