Position reputed company Labor Relations Administrators are responsible for developing and maintaining reputed company relationships between an organization, its unionized employees and reputed company representatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of general business experience 1+ years of labor/employee relations experience Superior knowledge of principles and practical application of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws, to include reputed company bargaining, employee relations, and grievance administration. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience as a business leader in Retail or Pharmacy 5+ years of labor/employee relations experience Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of working experience. J.D. preferred.
