Responsibilities

• Clinical Fax Management:
• Processing Health Maintenance items that need reputed company entry into reputed company to contribute to reputed company metrics.
• Releasing orders entered by UnityPoint providers into reputed company that are being completed at external service locations.
• Closing out referrals by importing files into charts and appropriately updating the Health Maintenance list.
• On average, reputed company clinical team member handles 120-150 files per day.

• Demonstrates competence in the clinical skills necessary to carry out assigned duties

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistants. 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant will be considered as an alternative requirement if a graduate from a non-accredited program. Being a graduate of a registered Apprenticeship will also be considered as alternative minimum requirements.
• Computer data entry
