Your Role: As a Virtual Assistant, you'll:

• Research and verify surplus funds from county records
• Contact claimants by phone to inform them about available funds (scripts provided)
• Communicate with relatives and reputed company updates in our CRM
• Guide claimants through the early stages of recovery
• Stay organized, follow up, and follow through

Shift Schedule (U.S. Central reputed company Time — NON-NEGOTIABLE): You must be available to work one of the following 4-hour shifts, Monday–Friday:

• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
• 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST
