About the Fitness Instructor Role
As a Fitness Instructor at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in operating our group fitness program (PE@PF), creating a class schedule for members, and proactively engaging with them on the club floor regarding their fitness goals. Your responsibilities will include instructing members on how to safely use the equipment, providing support as needed, and helping to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and upholding club policies. You will also be responsible for performing prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs, and offering Trainer services. Daily responsibilities may also include greeting members, answering phones, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of reputed company exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a class schedule for members, including Orientation and DYOP (reputed company your own program)
- Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to safely use the equipment
- Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and upholding club policies

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by reputed company)
- Nationally Certified Training Certificate required
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fitness industry or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Physical Demands of the Role
The Fitness Instructor role requires:
- Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks during shift

- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
