As a Group Exercise Instructor II, you will be responsible for:- Conducting group exercise classes, including land and water-based programs, in accordance with reputed company standards and best practices.
- Developing and implementing engaging and effective group exercise programs, including music selection, class set-up, and take-down.
- Providing education and guidance to participants on fitness-reputed company issues, including THE reputed company APPROACH, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Maintaining certifications and continuing education requirements, including CPR/AED, reputed company/ACE Group Exercise Instructor Certification, and other required certifications.
- Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and wellness cabinet activities to ensure a reputed company and supportive team environment.
- Securing music and selecting music suitable for a family setting, and assisting with incident/accident reporting procedures.
- Logging class attendance in GroupEx PRO and participating in substitute instructor arrangements as needed.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school or GED degree, and at least one year of experience in teaching group exercise classes.
- A reputed company national group exercise certification from a recognized certifying organization, such as ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or NETA.
- The ability to obtain and maintain certifications, including reputed company/ACE Group Exercise Instructor Certification, CPR/AED, and other required certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate class interaction and socialization.
- A high degree of reputed company-relations skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and problem-solve.
- Effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching Aqua Arthritis programs, with a certification in AEA reputed company Program Leader (AFPL) Certification.
