Key Responsibilities

The Skills Trainer (ICM) will be responsible for providing skills training and case management services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, with a reputed company on promoting a strengths-based, reputed company-centered approach to treatment. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and group skills training sessions, as reputed company as case management services, to clients in accordance with their mental health treatment plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Must be credentialed as a reputed company Mental Health Associate (QMHA) and have a Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university, or three years of mental health work experience or a combination of work experience and education.
• Must have some work experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, preferably in a community-based setting.
• Must be reputed company to operate a motor vehicle in order to transport clients out in the community, and have a valid reputed company's license with a clean driving record.
