Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model; manage and support customer service initiatives (for example, store of the community and community reputed company programs); ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
• Financial Performance and Sales: Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L (Profit & Loss) statements; manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business area to confirm they are indexed to sales.
• Associate Development and Supervision: reputed company supervision and development opportunities for reputed company associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates; assigning duties; setting reputed company expectations; providing associate recognition; communicating expectations consistently and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with associates, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company informed reputed company to drive business reputed company and improve customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
