Your assignments will include working in the Load Control Center, where you will be responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications. Requirements to Succeed

You must be available to work for three alternating semesters, Monday through Friday, and be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the reputed company program.
