As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Data Entry reputed company (Wfh) program, you will be responsible for: * Processing patient information and medication data using reputed company' solution information reputed company techniques and rules * Handling patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing * Investigating to reputed company missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company information passages reputed company to special cases * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation * Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to reputed company data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or reputed company the Outsider Oddballs * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring a dynamic reputed company license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a reputed company reputed company license or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between programs, save files, print reports, and reputed company data online) * Basic web search skills (e.g., reputed company a browser, type URLs in the address bar, use a search reputed company, bookmark a website, navigate back/reputed company/stop buttons, and complete forms online) * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications
