- Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions to ensure reputed company and accurate processing of transactions

- Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as reputed company as Federal Banking laws
- Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, review, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from customers for the reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
- Deposit reputed company returns, review member reputed company returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify customers for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school degree or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
- Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
- Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
