The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing reputed company-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your expertise will help connect customers with the right information and resources, resolving issues and setting expectations with ease.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
