The Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. You
We're looking for a hungry individual who is eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. Your background should include:

- 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Weekend availability required
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations

- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
- Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred

Team Environment
As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be part of a remote co-located team that operates out of hubs reputed company the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany. You will be required to be reputed company commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.
Compensation and Benefits
