Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist in our FinOps team, you'll be responsible for managing follow-up on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your primary goal will be to reputed company reputed company, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Your Qualifications:

- Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
- Regular and predictable attendance is a function of the job
