Contract Administrator- Remote

This position is pivotal to the long-term reputed company of the division due to its support of reputed company and prospective customer relationships. Job reputed company Work closely with internal stakeholders to include account management, customer service, IT, legal/compliance, lab management, reputed company, risk management and scientific team leaders reputed company the division in the negotiation of reputed company and development and writing of competitive bid/RFP proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal approval of reputed company new and renewed reputed company, amendments, addenda, statements of work, Bid/RFP releases and responses, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, pricing letters and quotes.
• Identify and review new/existing bid and RFP opportunities reputed company various state and government websites.
• Ensure reputed company reputed company submitted for legal review have been approved by appropriate reputed company of senior management, have received financial approval, and reputed company business issues and approved pricing are addressed reputed company the document.
• Coordinate conference calls and WebEx meetings as needed between key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate’s Degree w/3-5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in coordinating legal approval of reputed company new and renewed reputed company, amendments, addenda, statements of work, Bid/RFP releases and responses, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, pricing letters and quotes strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in identifying and reviewing new/existing bid and RFP opportunities reputed company various state and government websites strongly preferred.
• Previous experience reputed company DNA Identity or LES reputed company Employer Services divisions, strongly preferred
• Experience drafting contractual and other business correspondence is preferred.
• Intermediate level of expertise in reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, reputed company, and Outlook preferred
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills to reputed company and negotiate with customers and various reputed company of employees, attorneys, sales team and management preferred.
