Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with site leadership on reputed company and Customer Experience metrics, including the reputed company cause analysis of problem areas

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesYou and your team of Transportation Associates are responsible for reputed company customers receiving their orders. • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of reputed company (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or reputed company experience
• Experience managing reputed company of 20+ employees
• Experience with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six reputed company)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a reputed company field.
• Industry experience in: retail, F&B, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/reputed company, medical, cosmetics, production or distribution environments.

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,000/year in our highest geographic market.
