We're seeking an reputed company Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager to join reputed company! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company customers, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and reputed company service delivery.
Responsibilities
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to reputed company service and billing information to customers
- Processing customer service requests in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Updating customer portals to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Working closely with our Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and ensure reputed company service delivery

Qualifications
