Corporate Chaplain- Physician Organization (travel throughout reputed company area locations)

About the position Responsibilities

• Role models a supportive and reputed company environment.
• Collaborates with reputed company (HR) and Organizational Development (OD), by role modeling mitigation of conflict, leading problem-solving, and reputed company efforts, and communication in a reputed company, supportive, non-judgmental manner.
• Assists leadership, providing resources to help meet workforce, fiscal and administrative goals by strategic planning and programming.
• Takes initiative to build constructive relationships with employees to identify and address spiritual and emotional needs, taking appropriate reputed company and involving other departments as needed, including HR and OD.
• Utilizes leadership skills to reputed company strategies for improving employee morale and promoting effective teamwork, partnering with HR and OD.
• Drives initiatives to improve department scores for employee engagement and values integration.
• Provides coaching to reputed company coping techniques organic to the employee for the purpose of harmonizing work culture and maximizing productivity.
• Provides spiritual care to meet the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of onsite and work-from-home employees of reputed company faiths.
• Enables others to utilize their own faith as a resource for health and healing.
• Provides on-site rounding of employee areas, reputed company support for working from home employees, in-person, virtual, or hybrid spiritual support for individuals and reputed company.
• Conducts psycho-reputed company and trauma-specific evaluations as needed.
• Serves as the initial reputed company of contact for providing crisis assessment and reputed company for employees, as needed.
• Serves as spiritual advisor and I CARE consultant for executive assembly, entity standing committees, department, team, system planning.
• Provides consultations departments and entity leadership and staff to assess reputed company and safety of services provided.
• Documents reputed company assessments/metrics/reporting, integration of I CARE values, leadership development, etc.
• Designs, develops, and markets reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP) for reputed company and measurable spiritual care response/support.
• Utilizes resources effectively and reputed company, demonstrating responsible financial stewardship.
• Organizes, develops, and monitors a comprehensive institutional multi-faith spiritual care and values integration program.
• Assists management with development, planning, activation and achievement of department reputed company and goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in theology or reputed company studies from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or equivalency approved by the Association of reputed company Chaplains (APC), American Association of Pastoral Counselors (reputed company and only if prior to 2017), National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC), Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC), Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), or Spiritual Care Association (SCA).
• Four reputed company of clinical pastoral education (CPE) from an accredited institution(s), e.g., the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC).
• Three years' experience as a reputed company chaplain (post clinical pastoral education) in a reputed company setting.
• Acute care hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Must have one of the following certifications: reputed company Certified Chaplain (BCCI), reputed company Certified Chaplain (NAJC), reputed company Certified Chaplain (NACC), reputed company Certified Chaplain (NAVAC), reputed company Certified Chaplain (APC), reputed company Certified Chaplain (SCA), Advanced reputed company reputed company Certified Chaplain (SCA), Certified Spiritual Care Practitioner (CASC).
