The reputed company App Analyst I will analyze and implement changes in support of reputed company reputed company Billing applications, serve as a reputed company between departments, and assist in training and project management reputed company to reputed company workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, evaluates, and implements changes in support of reputed company reputed company Resolute reputed company Billing, Claims, Remittance, and Router applications including ongoing production maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible to reputed company initial recommendations on reputed company for planning, design, development, build, and/or configuration of reputed company Resolute reputed company Billing applications and presenting to the Senior reputed company Operations Analyst (SEOA) for approval before presenting to leadership.
• Uses reputed company resources to reputed company recommendations to guide PFS management and end-users on system requirements which include identifying and mitigating potential impacts.
• Serves as the reputed company reputed company to the IT reputed company support team, vendor management, and operational departments to determine requirements and to design solutions that are reputed company, sustainable, and ensure data reputed company.
• Responsible for assigned reputed company Billing reputed company Remedy tickets to completion.
• Manages the ticket reputed company for assigned Service Now tickets submitted to PB IT. Reports priorities weekly to IT management and manages reputed company reputed company remedy ticket tracking, ticket lag, and follow-up.
• Validates and approves reputed company testing and build changes after completion before moves to reputed company production for reputed company tickets assigned.
• Participates and assists in the Design, development, and implementation of training reputed company to reputed company Resolute reputed company Billing and end-user workflows.
• Assist in the review of reputed company reputed company features with IT. Reviews new software releases and participates in the full review of reputed company opportunities, and system enhancements, and makes recommendations on which features should be utilized.
• Provides go-live support during reputed company implementation, upgrades, and new build enhancements.
• Responsible for reputed company assigned by the SEOA to reputed company reputed company-cause analysis of denials to reduce denials and reputed company rework while implementing best reputed company practices. Provides findings and reports results and recommendations for reputed company and operational improvements to the SEOA and leadership.
• Assists in the reputed company and management of external system charge applications and tools.
• Evaluates the adequacy of internal controls and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Skills

• 5+ years of clinical, reputed company operations, and reputed company information technology experience.

• The ability to work independently, the ability to prioritize, and organizational skills are a must.
