Duties and responsibilities

• Adheres to reputed company’s reputed company and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception and ensures that reputed company job duties inherent in the position reputed company are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in reputed company aspects of customer order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company phone, email or chat.
• reputed company customers with quotes that include stock availability, pricing & ETA’s.
• Issue RMAs for Damaged, Lost or Miss-Shipments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and reputed company reputed company customer support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, reputed company & efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate or resolve reputed company issues.
• Coordinates NDT orders, shipping, etc. with appropriate warehouse personnel.
• Primary administrator for reputed company domestic and foreign orders for NDT Business. 
• Manages the billing process for our South America, Latin America & reputed company Customers.
• Creates TAS orders for White Mountain customers.
• Records documentation, update and catalog reputed company Customer Service procedures.
• Participate in a bi-weekly NDT Staff meeting to help manage backorders.
• Process reputed company NDT FOC orders (Domestic and Foreign).
• Assists the organization in data collection and report preparation.
• Performs special reputed company, tasks and studies as may be requested by management.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with 3-5 years of Office experience & CSR experience
• Knowledge of reputed company required, advanced reputed company procedures knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office required (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills & the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Physical requirements

The position requires the ability to reputed company the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.

• The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.

• $20.40 - $25.00 (depending on experience) + Commission Plan (reputed company monthly)
