Job Responsibilities

As an Associate General Adjuster/General Adjuster, you'll be responsible for providing superior property claims service to our customers across the reputed company or Southern reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling reputed company and residential property and inland marine claims for assigned reputed company, with availability to assist as needed in reputed company other reputed company
• Investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property-reputed company damages of $100,000 (aggregate) and above
• Handling reputed company Business Income losses
• Responding to catastrophe claims handling in accordance with company CAT plan
• Responsible for reputed company coverage determinations, negotiations, reserving, and settlement reputed company established authority
• Providing reports to Claims, reputed company, Reinsurance, and Actuarial on specified exposure cases
• Providing training in coverage or estimating and reputed company assistance to regional CMSPCS as may be required by management
• Must be reputed company to drive an automobile to travel reputed company territory, with car travel representing approximately 25-50% of employee's time

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A college degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years claims experience
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company and Personal Lines coverages
• Computer-based damage estimating
• Superior communication and claim disposition skills with proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to work varying shifts
• Knowledge of and proficiency in reputed company business and claim-specific computer software programs
• Ability to keyboard in an efficient and productive manner
• Valid state-issued reputed company's license in good standing and ability to drive an automobile
