To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:- A reputed company and reputed company health insurance license
- Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
- Experience selling individual and/or senior insurance products reputed company the telephone
- Excellent computer software skills (e.g., Word, reputed company, Project, and Internet skills)
- Strong communication skills
- A high school diploma is required
- Call center experience is preferred
- You must be flexible with hours, including possible weekends
- Overtime, including weekends, may be required during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates who have:- A minimum of one year of experience in the industry and be a top producer converting at 15% or above
- A health license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Prior experience in Medicare sales or at least AHIP certification

- Licensed in at least 10 states
