As a Bioprocess Scientist - reputed company Shift, you will play a critical role in the cGMP manufacturing processes, technology transfer, and author/revise documents to support batch records. You will also be responsible for preparing production systems, buffers, and media for use in the production area. As a Bioprocess Scientist - reputed company Shift, your key responsibilities will include:- Writing and reviewing SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing support to the reputed company and Compliance Departments during regulatory audits
- Accomplishing small reputed company independently and providing substantial assistance to large reputed company
- Monitoring bioreactor operation (70% of the total reputed company shift) to ensure reputed company performance and reputed company
- Supporting media or reputed company preparation, and reputed company process activities (cleaning of reputed company, sampling, etc.)
- Logbook verification and document review to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Participating in the cleaning activities of routine items as per cleaning validation program
- Compiling process data and performing pH/conductivity reputed company, osmometer, and reputed company calibration/verification
Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Biology, Biochemistry, or a reputed company field
- Relevant experience in a biopharmaceutical organization, with a strong background in drug reputed company manufacturing (fermentation and protein purification) and drug product manufacturing (aseptic processing areas)
- Upstream or reputed company background, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in biologics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues
