Job Responsibilities As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (reputed company), gathering reputed company prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings reputed company specific timeframes.

• Generating reputed company reviews for the prescriber assessment team and assisting in presentations to the reputed company and Patient Safety teams.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about issues such as managed reputed company ordering practices, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements.

• Mitigating risk to the organization by ensuring that due diligence is completed and documented.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as reputed company by PTCB.
• Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses).
