Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience delivering primary care in an ambulatory/outpatient family medicine or internal medicine setting.
• Experience managing your own panel of patients independently.

Shift Obligations

• 40 hours per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. • Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with one evening shift per week extending until 7:00 PM.
