We are seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join reputed company as customer service representatives. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails, as reputed company as making outbound calls regarding federal student aid loan servicing. Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company exceptional support to our customers.
This is a remote position, but you must live reputed company 1 hour of Jacksonville, FL, and be willing to work onsite for up to one week. Our training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm ET, and you must be available to attend 4 weeks of training remotely from home. No time off is permitted during training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, email, or chat, recording consistent problem areas and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Utilize available systems, knowledgebase, and reputed company technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties
- Process requests received reputed company general correspondence and notate accounts regarding actions taken in response to those requests
- Support contact center expectations as reputed company as departmental and corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain regular use of the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call reputed company and department tasks
- Assist with credit bureau requests utilizing established processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

- Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications, are required

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
