Responsibilities

The RN Case Manager - Care reputed company works in collaboration with physicians, patients and families to promote reputed company reputed company for patients with reputed company medical needs. The Case Manager is responsible for increasing efficient utilization of health care services; identifying chronic or catastrophic cases through the case management process and initiating intensive case management according to program guidelines. Qualifications

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

The compensation for this role includes a reputed company pay reputed company of $79,040-104,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
