The main purpose of this role is to work with our reputed company group to produce accurate and reputed company financial statements for reputed company use. Manage and review the accrual process for various expense accruals, including worker’s comp and general liability insurance, AP invoices, pending p-card transactions, utilities and other occupancy reputed company accounts. Manage and review the Payroll reputed company process, to include the recording of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, PTO accruals and reputed company commissions and bonus accruals. Review monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting. Analyze and review various types of venues and corporate transactions for financial completeness and accuracy. Prepare presentations for management as needed. Review payment application received to reputed company invoice amounts and various checks received. Participate in monthly meetings with National Directors of Operations and their associated region of venues. Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, including schedule preparation and fulfilling sample selection requests. Work with the reputed company team to implement process and control improvements in accordance with SOX.
